You will also have the option to allow us to import and export data from third-party services. We do not use information obtained from third-party services for advertising purposes. We do not disclose information obtained from third-party services to third parties without your explicit consent. We do not sell information obtained through third-party services.

By installing the Product and beginning to use it, you explicitly agree that:

WE MAY STORE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA (INCLUDING SENSITIVE DATA, SUCH AS HEALTH DATA) PROVIDED BY YOU WHILE USING THE PRODUCT SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING THE SERVICE, IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF OUR SERVICES, AND OTHER PURPOSES OUTLINED IN SECTION 2.

WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES EXCEPT WHERE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SERVICES OR WHERE WE HAVE OBTAINED YOUR EXPLICIT CONSENT.

Notification obligations. We commit to notifying you promptly, and your data protection authority within 72 hours, of any data breaches.

Data protection authorities. You have the right to restrict our use of your Personal Data and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. We may disclose your Personal Data:

(i) As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

(ii) If we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or your safety.

Aggregated Information. We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot be used to identify you.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you first visit yma.health we ask which cookies you allow. Until you make that choice, only strictly necessary storage is used — nothing is loaded that measures or profiles you.

• Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work: submitting forms, security, and remembering your cookie choice. Always active; no consent is needed for these.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and PostHog, which tell us which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. When you submit a form, we also connect that submission to the pages you viewed before it — using a one-way hash of your email address rather than the address itself, so the analytics provider never receives an address it could write to. Loaded only after you allow them.
• Marketing. Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which let us measure which campaigns bring people to the site. Loaded only after you allow them.

Your choice is stored on your device, not in an account, and we ask again if the set of cookies we use changes. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the site footer; when you withdraw it we stop the relevant services and delete the cookies they had set.

5. Data Security

The security of your personal data is very important to us. We use the following security measures:
